YOU have a good time, WE have a good time. Your party is all that counts and we want it to be a success.
And afterall, YOU are our biggest advertising. We will discuss your party with you, determine your music choice and in most cases we will visit the venue where you will have your party to determine access, power conditions and anything else we may run into. Our shows are priced for four hours, but longer or shorter is of course possible. Depending on the setup, we will need about two hours to setup. Setup time does not count towards performance time, neither does the time to take down the system. Our biggest package takes about three hours to setup, sound and light check. It is the clients responsabillity to have the setup area cleaned up and accessable when we arrive. It is also the clients responsabillity to provide us with enough power circuits to safely run our equipment. For small shows, we need at least two 20 Amp circuits. Larger shows require more circuits. Power circuits have to be properly grounded. A 25% deposit is required when reserving the date, this also requires signing a contractual agreement. This deposit is non refundable, because it is a reservation deposit. It means that we cannot book another party on your day. The remainder is due one week prior to the event. In case weather conditions cancel the party/show/event, we will be happy to reschedule. In case we default and have to cancel you are entitled to a refund of all moneys paid to us. Our defenition of default is : sickness, transportation mechanical failure.
